I will have weekly night themes that can attract crowds. In late nights, Shabowls will have glow bowling where it turns my bowling alley into a glow in the dark thing because everyone enjoys that. Shabowls won’t have to invest too much because it’s just the fact of positioning specialty lights. On particular days, Shabowlswill offer bonuses varying with the matches such as after a bowler scores strike 3 times a row get a free beer or a product in the bar becomes half price. Along with rest of the basics promotions, it will also provide ‘bring a friend to bowl free’ or two games of bowling for one. To attract customers week in and week out, Shabowls will have bowling competitions for young adults therefore will help me cover my fixed costs. Shabowls will have family packages in order to invite families to my arena that would also help me in some way to cover my costs. Shabowls  also has separate priority for disabled people such as different parking areas and inside facilities. 

 

Shabowls is a sole trader business. Regarding to the funding going into Shabowls, firstly Shabowls has turned to my local bank where we will borrow a business loan which will help me get going. Shabowls has presented itself professionally to the bank with a solid business plan including all researches and information. However if Shabowls are running short of money, we will approach my friends and family who will have great expertise in starting up individual businesses such as my uncle in which I will provide him with my business plan and show him that I’m putting some money into my business and I will offer my uncle the opportunity to lend me some money
